Tuesday, March 12, 2013 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM (EDT)
Dayton, United States
According to Forbes.com, in the U.S. small business employees create 13-14 times more patents than Fortune 1000 employees. These patents fuel innovation, help create new jobs, and even new niche industries.
With the changes to the ‘first-to-file law’ and the other administrative changes taking effect March 16th, how will this affect filing, challenging and litigating patents within your business? Join us for a discussion on these changes with guest speaker Mark Levy, Partner at Thompson Hine, LLP.
