The DANR Board of Directors will host Dominican Introspective: A call to Action, a historic strategic summit about the internal and external challenges Dominican Americans face when competing for political representation, socio-economic opportunities and inclusion in the United States of America. 

Discussion will also inclue impending immigration reform (Bills H.R.5 and H. R. 490) education policy (HR 521).

Participants in the summit will include a select group of local, state and national leaders, joined by experts in the areas of sociology, psychology and politics; they will join DANR leaders to discuss the current state and prospects of Dominican Americans in USA.
