Whether product management is your career, or you're launching your own product into the market, you will need to draw on a diverse range of skills to determine feasibility and forecast success.
This workshop introduces you to a structured process for understanding your users and analysing the market. It will help you to plan, build and manage a product that is both desirable and viable. Throughout the day, you will learn how to create a roadmap for your product's success, and effectively manage communication with stakeholders, understand their needs and work together to create something that matches (or exceeds) expectations.
