Whether product management is your career, or you're launching your own product into the market, you will need to draw on a diverse range of skills to determine feasibility and forecast success.
This 90 minute workshop introduces you to a structured process for understanding your users and analysing the market. It will help you plan, build and manage a product that is both desirable and viable. Learn how to create a roadmap for your product's success, effectively manage communication with stakeholders, understand their needs and work together to create something that matches (or exceeds) expectations.
About the Instructor:
Natacha Gaymer-Jones, Director of Digital Production at HYFN brings over 12 years of digital production management experience for major brands including Nestle, Jenny Craig, Honda, BMW and Volvo among others. She is an experienced production team leader, guiding clients and staff in the concept and development of large-scale websites, digital initiatives and mobile executions. Natacha has collaborated extensively across disciplines including information architecture, creative development, technology and account management. As Director of Digital Production at HYFN, she works directly with the production and technology teams to establish clear processes to improve efficiency and agency capabilities.
