Introduction to IP Basics Workshop with Todd Esker, JD, Partner in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice

Get the answers to your IP questions from an experienced top IP attorney.  Todd will address the IP issues that have been on your mind:  How do I know when I should file IP?  What can I say to the outside world? Is it OK to talk to investors about my technology?  What’s a disclosure?  How does a provisional patent work? How do I protect myself internationally?  Todd will be joined by the head of UCSF’s Technology Management group, Karin Immergluck, to answer UCSF-specific questions.
