Join Samy's Photo School Director Michael Britt for a 2 hour intensive overview of HDSLR filmmaking. Michael is an author of the recently published book PhotoCine: DSLR Filmmaking and he will be using this book as the basis for this seminar.
Learn how to get the most from your HDSLR camera including how to stabilize and accessorize a shooting rig and how to overcome DSLR video limitations. Camera menu set-up will be covered in a step-by-step fashion after which each student will have the opportunity get their hands on a popular HDSLR set-up.
Experience Level: Beginner to Intermediate: Attendee should be familiar with the basic functions and menus of their camera
What to Bring:
Please bring your camera video enabled DSLR or mirrorless camera and something with which to take notes. Be sure that your camera battery is charged and that you have a memory card. (NOTE: camcorders will not be covered in this course.
