Scandinavian countries are full of forests and fjords, and home to some of the world’s most comforting winter foods. In this class, we’ll discover why Nordic food has taken the international culinary landscape by storm, and create a few of the most famous (and tasty) dishes from Norway, Sweden, and Denmark – including the secret to making the truly perfect meatball!
On the Menu: Classic Swedish Meatballs with Cream Sauce; Roast Salmon with Traditional Horseradish Dill Sauce; Root Vegetable Mash; Cucumber Salad; Lingonberry (Cranberry) Spice Cake.
