This Intro to Raw Foods Class is an information-packed raw food bootcamp. Basic knife skills & equipment use (blenders and food processors) are covered. You will learn how to create delicious foods out of whole, unprocessed, organic ingredients. Free of chemicals and additives, these natural raw food recipes are bursting with flavor!
