Intro to Oxyacetylene Welding
Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 1:00 PM - Sunday, June 26, 2011 at 5:00 PM (CDT)
This class will teach you the safety and fundamentals of Oxy-fuel welding. Each student will have an opportunity to try their hand at both welding and cutting.
As a safety precaution do not wear open toed shoes or any synthetic fibers. Oxyacetylene burns at 3500 degrees C (6330 F). Melted plastic on skin is not a good combination. If you have leather jerkins or cotton/denim coveralls please wear them.
