metasploit logo When: Wednesday August 17, 2011, 7pm sharp Class description: The class will begin with the basics of using the Metasploit Framework. We will teach the penetration test methodology to use Metasploit to exploit vulnerable systems in the lab. This class is suitable for those with no background in Metasploit or penetration testing as well as penetration testers who want to add the Metasploit Framework to their arsenal.
-How to setup metasploit on backtrack 5 -How to use nmap in metasploit to scan a target -How to pipe nmap result to corresponding metasploit modules -How to deploy a metaterpriter shell as a payload -How to use meterpreter (basics) to control a remote host
Requirements: a Laptop with Backtrack5 cd or Windows with Metasploit installed *Cost: Suggested Donation $10 (However, if you can't afford to donate, by no means will you be turned away from this class.
