When & Where
Rock is a certified IKFF CKT Level 2 kettlebell instructor. He teaches kettlebells classes as well as travels the country to compete in kettlebell competitions as well. He has acheived the CMS rank which stands for Candidate Master of Sport and is actively working towards the MS rank.
