Do you have a passion for cooking? Do you love to watch cooking shows and learn about new foods and interesting techniques? If the answer is yes, then this is the class for you. We’ll go over various cutting techniques and teach you all the things your knives can do, while discussing proper knife selection and care. You’ll practice chopping various ingredients and we’ll send you home with a simple recipe to prepare with them at home! Ages 13-17.
