What are the best ways to revise your website based on feedback? And how do you gather and act on that feedback in the first place? I'll discuss some of the most common techniques for interviewing users and taking action on what you find, from recruitment to iteration.

Nick Disabato is an interaction designer and writer from Chicago. He runs Draft, a small consultancy that helps great businesses every day; and is known fairly well for writing _[Cadence & Slang](http://cadence.cc)_, a very small book about his field. You can read more about Nick at http://nickd.org.
