Physician Immigration Attorney Jan Pederson has been one of the nation's leading immigration advocates for International Medical Graduates for over two decades. She has been instrumental in persuading government agencies to implement J-1 physician waiver programs and continues to actively seek legislative benefits for J-1 and H-1B physicians.   She has met with members of Congress and officials at the White House seeking positive solutions to physician immigration issues.  Her practice concentrates in representation of foreign physicians, hospitals and other health care providers.  She is listed in SuperLawyersas well as recognized as a top lawyer in Washington DC by the US News and World Report,  Washingtonian, The Legal Times and Chambers USA.

Benny Ray Bailey is the Executive Director of East Kentucky Health Services Center.  Providing quality health services to the residents of rural Kentucky has been the mission for Benny Ray, as well as his father before him.  His experience with the rewards and challenges of J-1 waiver positions for both physicians and employers will provide invaluable insight to conference attendees.

John Nahajzer is a managing shareholder of Maggio + Kattar.
