Sharpen your knife skills and learn how to prepare a wide array of ceviches from around the world with Chef Juan Pablo Chavez. Tonight’s menu explores the fascinating alchemy that can result from acids, salt, and immaculately fresh ingredients. We’ll start with classic ceviches from Peru and Mexico, and continue to build upon the traditional foundations of this popular dish. Beginners welcome!
On the Menu: Peruvian Sea Bass Ceviche; Escribano Arequipeño (Peruvian-Style Potato Salad); Mexican Shrimp Ceviche; Vegan Mushroom Ceviche; Thai Scallop-Coconut Ceviche.
