Intermediate Watercolor Techniques continues to build a foundation of specific techniques for controlling water and high quality watercolor pigment to create the illusion of the rich glow of growth in all plant matter. This course will focus on the problems encountered in the creation of a half-sheet (14"x 22") composition revealing life cycle elements. Issues of layout, light source, perspective and depth will be addressed within this context. All work is from plant specimens and practice in rendering with pen is continued. This is a Master Artist Certificate course and permission of the instructor is required.
