Integrative Nurse Coach Program

Join us as we continue on our exciting journey to reconnect with your vision of caring and healing that originally inspired you to become a nurse.

Integrative Nurse Coaching was created by nurses, for nurses, based on a whole person model of care that addresses the biological, psychological, social, spiritual, cultural, and environmental aspects of health and well-being.

This dynamic program offers you:

  • An in-depth understanding of the Theory of Integrative Nurse Coaching and our Nurse Coach Leadership Model.
  • Nurse coach competencies and their application in a variety of healthcare settings.
  • Experience using our Integrative Health and Wellness Assessment Tool™.
  • Lifestyle health and behavioral change coaching strategies to implement into all healthcare settings.
  • Group Coaching skills and dynamics.
  • Nutritional and environmental influences on health understandings.
  • Awareness and mindfulness-based coaching for both client empowerment and your self-care.
  • Opportunities for marketing and promoting your services as an Integrative Nurse Coach in a variety of healthcare settings.
  • A diverse community of support and collaboration with nurse coaches local to global.
  • Qualification to apply for Nurse Coach Board Certification - Am I eligible for Board Certification?
  • Supervision of client coaching including individual and group supervision.
  • Peer coaching practice with other students in the course.
  • Rejuvenation and self-care in a healing and nourishing environment.

Kripalu November 10-15, 2013

Program Curriculum: 

  • Onsite Module 1:  November 10-15, 2013  30 hours  COMPLETED
  • Onsite Module 2:  May 21-25, 2014 - 30 hours
  • Self-paced Supervision: To be completed between Modules 1 & 2. Includes: group phone supervision, individual sessions, and supervision with an INCA Faculty Board Certified Nurse Coach - 60 hours

 

At the completion of the program, you will receive:

  • A certificate of completion as an Integrative Nurse Coach (INC)
  • 120 CEs applicable towards AHNCC Board Certification
  • Integrative Nurse Coach Tools and Materials to use in your work and teaching including our NEW Integrative Nurse Coaching for Health and Wellness book (February, 2014).
  • Ongoing INCA support and other materials.

 

You will be prepared to:

  • Promote and market your Integrative Nurse Coach Practice in your community.
  • Work in a variety of settings as an Integrative Nurse Coach.
  • Apply for the AHNCC Board Certification Exam.
  • Take the next step by attending our Advanced Integrative Nurse Coach Program and apply to be INCA Associate Faculty for upcoming educational programs.

Tuition:  $3200  Earlybird rate of $2,880 if paid in full by January 15, 2014

Payment Plan: Initial payment of $1,600 due now to secure your space.  Second payment of $1,600 due by March 30, 2014.  Additional payment plan options will be considered upon request.  We accept visa, mastercard and american express credit card payments as well as check and money orders made out to International Nurse Coach Association.

Important Housing Information:  We offer special room rates available onsite at Alma Matthews House in beautiful, historic Greenwich Village, at our private program location. For students attending the program and staying on site: Arrival on Tuesday, May 20th through checkout Sunday, May 25, 2014 only.  Due to limited room availability, we may not be able to accommodate spouses and friends or additional nights at Alma Matthews House.  To reserve a room, please download and complete this Housing form and mail it along with your check only payment to:

Program Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of registration earlier than 30 days prior to start of program will be eligible for a refund minus a $150.00 processing fee.
