About The Speaker:
Dr. Jordan Weisman is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been working for Michael’s House since 2011. Dr. Weisman was born and raised in Southern California and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California San Diego with a degree in psychology. While earning his doctorate degree from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, he developed a passion for residential treatment while interning at a psychiatric hospital in La Mesa, California.
Dr. Weisman is also passionate about men’s issues and can be found lecturing regularly at Michael’s House about the unique psychology of men and its influence in a person’s substance abuse behavior and relationships. For fun, Dr. Weisman enjoys photography, running, and spending time with his family and pets.
