Chachi Camejo co-founded bizodo.com, now SeamlessDocs.com, in January of 2011 along with Jonathon Ende. Their goal was to automate paperwork for small to mid-sized businesses. Their challenge was replacing the existing processes of emailing documents which required printing, signing, scanning and re-emailing. Today, bizodo has over 9k accounts created since launching in August of 2011. In addition to being a tech co-founder, Chachi is also on the Advisory board of Devry University helping outline future course curriculums.


Jonathan Katz is a serial entrepreneur who has applied his technology acumen and passion to several startups since before graduating college. Jonathan is currently CTO of VenueBooka cloud-based event management solution that helps manage the whole event cycle in one place. At his previous position as Vice President of Technology at Paperless Post, Jonathan built a significant portion of the core back-end web application and worked on various other components, including developing e-commerce and email sending and tracking tools, data architecture, and managing the technology infrastructure on a private cloud platform.  

 

Spencer Wang is a digital media consultant, advising both large public companies and start ups on business development, strategy, market research and product. Previously, Spencer spent 17 years on Wall Street and was an award-winning equity research analyst covering the media & Internet sectors at a variety of bulge bracket investment banks including Credit Suisse, Bear Stearns, and JPMorgan, among others.

 

J.Skyler Fernandes is a venture capitalist at Centripetal Capital Partners, an early stage venture fund with an innovative investment structure, and invests across industry sectors, such as internet, telecom, energy, nano-technology, and healthcare. Sky is also the founding partner of One Match Ventures, his personal seed fund.  He has co-founded several internet companies, including CareBooker.com and advises a number of startups.
