Results-Based Accountability (RBA) is a disciplined way of thinking and taking action that communities can use to improve the lives of children, youth, families, adults, and the community as a whole. Alameda County is adopting RBA as a framework for its programs, beginning in the Health Care Services Agency.
Join the Alameda County Interagency Children's Policy Council and the Foster Youth Alliance for an information session and Q & A with Results Leadership Group, the consultants working with the county to implement RBA. This event is for Community Based Organizations in Alameda County interested in learning more about RBA. It is designed to be an information session on the concepts of RBA but not a comprehensive training in the model. Please share this flyer with your networks.
RBA is being used throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe to make measurable change in people’s lives, communities and organizations. For more information on RBA, please go to: www.resultsleadership.org.
Please rsvp by November 7th.
