This September, feast your eyes on stunning interiors, beautiful rooftop gardens, and skyline views at the Indianapolis Monthly Downtown Living Tour. Showcasing downtown’s new and exciting apartment and condominium projects, the event will give tour-goers an insider look at some of the most sought-after spaces. Guests will learn about the perks of living downtown—from convenience and ease to unique architecture and high-quality construction.
VIP, FRIDAY (9/12), 5:30PM-9PM ($30 AT DOOR)
VIP Ticket holders can enjoy Friday access, with appetizers, beer and wine stationed at each development from Mesh, Prime 47, Deep Pockets Empanadas, Kountry Kitchen, Palomino, Marsh Supermarket, Taxman Brewing Company, Flat 12 Bierwerks, Scarlet Lane Brewing Company, and more! Price includes food and drink, a shuttle to and from each property, and free access to return for Saturday’s all age public tour (9/13/14, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.). Guests must be 21+. Tickets are limited.
PUBLIC TOUR, SATURDAY (9/13), 11AM-4PM ($15 AT DOOR)
For the Public Tour (Saturday only), the price includes access to each development and a shuttle to and from each property. All ages welcome.
Event check-in and free limited parking located at the north lot of Scottish Rite Cathedral.
The format for both days is an open-house style. Buses will run every 15 minutes and guests can peruse the developments on their own schedule. Buses will stop running 30 minutes before the event ends (8:30pm on Friday, 3:30pm on Saturday).

STOP 6: Circa Apartments / 617 N. College Ave.
All ticket proceeds benefit the Indianapolis Public Schools Education Foundation.
