Event Details

Join the Indy Sports Foundation as they partner with the Indianapolis Indians to kick-off the professional baseball season. The luncheon is a fundraiser sponsored by Hoosier Park Racing & Casino and the Winner's Circle Pub & Grill. Meet the Indians front office and top prospects from the Pittsburgh Pirates organization.  

Event proceeds benefit PlayBall Indiana and the Indy Sports Foundation. PlayBall Indiana is RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner cities). PlayBall Indiana organizes and oversees Indianapolis youth summer baseball leagues and clinics in Indianapolis area city parks, community centers, churches, youth service agencies and IPS schools.There will be a check presentation at the conclusion of the event.

 

Schedule (10th floor of the Columbia Club)

11:00am - 12:00pm Winner's Circle Reception and Sports Silent Auction 

12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch and Guest Speakers (Hear from the Indians front office about the upcoming season and interview with two of the Pittsburgh Pirates top prospects)

Indy Sports Foundation

The Indy Sports Foundation is a non-profit 501c organization that supports amateur sports and its impact and influence on the common good of central Indiana. The Old Oaken Bucket proceeds go towards the Central Indiana Helmet Fund to supply youth football teams/organizations in need of helmets. A portion of the proceeds also goes to the Purdue and IU scholarship funds.
