As you walk into the class, you’ll be greeted with hot milk chai.
We begin the class by making Cheera Biryani; it is a North East Indian snack item made from dried flattened rice with spices and other goodness. We'll pair our Cheera Biryani with Mint Chutney - a mint based slightly spicy and tangy sauce that is versitle enough to be a dip as well!
Lastly, we'll prepare Shrikand, a sweet and sour creamy dessert infused with a couple of special ingredients to make this dessert even extra amazing.
NOTE: this is a hands-on cooking class, you'll prep, cook, and eat during the class. You'll have an opportunity not only to learn some great recipes, but also good kitchen skills and practices. I prepare nothing ahead of time, we do everything during the class :)
