India is the largest producer of films in the world, with over 1000 films produced every year. These films have a strong audience not only in India, but also worldwide. The popularity of Indian cinema is growing in the United States, and Los Angeles is no exception to this trend.
In collaboration with the Indian Film Festival Los Angeles (IFFLA), Wintershaw Enterprises will initiate an Indian Film Club at Park La Brea, starting on Friday, June 29, 2012. The club will offer at least two screening events per month, featuring new and classic Indian films. From Bollywood to Hollywood to the New Wave of Indian Cinema.
The Indian Film Club at Park La Brea is open to residents and non-residents. Membership offers a unique opportunity to attend Indian film screenings and Q & A’s with reserved seating, discounts for families and many more attractions.*
Membership costs only $10 per month and can be paid, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
With a theater capacity of 100 seats, we expect these screenings to be packed!
Attendance is by membership only.
To obtain your membership (which will include one FREE guest pass for the first month of
screenings) sign up today at: www.indianfilmclubatplb.eventbrite.com
