Join Vegan Chef Charles Latchis as he prepares delicious Indian dosas! This is an opportunity to learn how to prepare a unique vegan dish that includes three separate preparation stages; batter, filling and sauce. Demonstration, assembly and presentation are included in this Cooking Series Class.
