Saag Paneer - Spinach, cheese and the right seasonings comes together in make this rich dish.
Choley - Garbanzo beans are rich in vitamins and protien which serve as a great basis for substituting meat in your diet.
Sambar - This wonderful soup is almost a meal in itself. A perfect dish for a cold winter.
Jeera - Cumin infused rice is a must for a true Indian meal.
