We'll get introduced to the many flavors, spices and herbs used in Indian Cooking. Our class will feature a vegetarian menu that will inspire you to eat better in the coming year.
Samosas - Potato stuffed pastries are deep fried and served with a cilantro cutney flavored with jalapenos.
Saag Paneer - Spinach, cheese and the right seasonings comes together in make this rich dish.
Choley - Garbanzo beans are rich in vitamins and protien which serve as a great basis for substituting meat in your diet.
Sambar - This wonderful soup is almost a meal in itself. A perfect dish for a cold winter.
Jeera - Cumin infused rice is a must for a true Indian meal.
Cost is $75. Class begins at 6:30pm and lasts approximately 3 hours.
