Does walking by an Indian restaurant make your mouth water? In this three hour hands on class we will explore the rich world of Indian cuisine. We will make a full dinner, replete with chutneys, naan, curry and more. Learn how to make ghee and paneer from scratch! Other recipes include: Lamb Vindaloo, Butter Chicken, Biriyani, Saag Paneer and more!
