As you walk into the class, you’ll be greeted with hot chai.
We'll begin this class by making Masala Toast, a wonderful snack and appetizer made with soft breads and eggs. Next, we'll prepare Mushroom Masala - fresh mushrooms in a rich gravy that begs for some rice on the side. We'll pair this wonderful curry with an Indian classic Aloo Gobi - cauliflower and potatoes cooked with spices and a bit of tomato to perfection. These two terrific main courses will be served with plain rice on the side.
Not only will you learn how to make three wonderful dishes in this class, but also eat what you cook, and take home these proven recipes.You don't need to bring anything, but your enthusiasm to learn and an appetite.
