- Chicken Curry in a Nutty Gravy
- Aloo Matar Paneer (Potatos with green peas and paneer)
- Badam Kulfi (almond ice cream)
As you walk into the class, you’ll be greeted with some hot chai.
We'll begin our class by cooking a Mughlai Chicken Curry – chicken in a rich thick nutty gravy. You may find versions of this curry at restaurants; those versions have cream in them. I’ll teach you a healthy recipe that won’t use cream and will taste better! We’ll prepare this dish from scratch using high quality chicken, fresh spices, and herbs. Nothing out of a can or package – nothing preserved at all. You’ll learn to make the gravy base from scratch rather than using a curry powder or paste.
After that, we'll prepare our second main course, which is Aloo Matar Paneer - potatoes with green peas and paneer (Indian cheese). This is a simple, elegant dish that is oh-so-tasty, you'll find yourself craving and making this dish over and over again after you've learned how to make it. Our awesome meal will be paired with rice on the side.
We’ll complete this perfect dinner with a Badam Kulfi or almond ice cream. Again, you’ll learn to make this ice cream from scratch using fresh and safe ingredients.
Address to the class will be provided after registration.
