You'll be greeted with hot chai as you walk in.
Indian cheese or paneer is made from whole cream or 2% milk. It is soft, fluffy, and has a mild taste. Learn how to make this cheese at home in your own kitchen from scratch. I'll share tips and tricks on how to make a soft cheese that won't begin to crumble on you. We'll be using whole cream milk, because it is most delicious! Afterwards, I'll teach you how to make a Roshgollas (dessert) out of it.
