Event Description

The India Collaboration Lab aims to catalyze collaborative action on water access, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and other water resource management challenges in India.

A series of action-oriented sessions have been planned to inspire project managers and executives from the social enterprise, investor, corporate, NGO and policy maker communities to work together to:

  • Plot the landscape of innovative, entrepreneurial and multi-stakeholder driven WASH and water managment projects taking place in India
  • Identify opportunities for strategic coordination and up scaling of identified projects
  • Ideate and design a set of initiatives that leverage multi-stakholder partnerships in order to increase access to WASH services and improve water resource management in India

Leaders' Roundtable- In this working session, executives from the policy-maker, social enterprise, NGO and corporate communities will share their views on the elements of successful multi-stakeholder collaborations in  WASH and  water resource management and will develop key success metrics with participants to evaluate the success of projects.

Project Clinics Part II-  In this interactive session, participants will form groups to design strategies that aim to increase the impact, engagement and scale of projects presented during the  Innovation Pitch Sessions.

Reflection and Project Clinics Part II- Participants and project leaders will continue to build engagement strategies for projects based on a set of solutions developed during the prior day’s Project Clinic in teams.
