In a world where authorizers are perpetually changing the rules of the game, understanding how to measure, quantify, and analyze your impact on student achievement is more important than ever. What remains constant in the charter sector is the expertise, leadership, and commitment to organizing schools around what’s best for kids. This discussion series is built around the most pressing concerns of charter leaders around issues of data management for both accountability and continuous school improvement purposes. Join us on July 23rd to kick-off this working group that will meet several times throughout the year to share what’s working, workshop your challenges, and connect with your peers to leverage expertise across the sector.
Content will be driven by the contributions of participants. Please be prepared to share either one practice that you think represents an effective or truly innovative way to measure your school’s impact on students or a management practice that relies on sharing and analyzing data that you find moves the ball forward in your building. Alternatively, you might share a challenge you are experiencing in these areas and seek counsel from your colleagues. We will also discuss how to structure the group to maximize participation and impact.
Register here. Food will be provided. If time allows, budget time to stay for the networking portion of the morning from 10:30 to 11:00 A.M.
