About the Presentation:

Our engineering work environment is in a constant state of flux, we are faced with many challenges every day including affordability, innovation, and flexibility all while maintaining a flawless execution.  In order to meet the demands of our customers, we as Systems Engineers need to be dynamic in our thinking as we move into a global economy.  “Entrepreneurial spirit is characterized by innovation and risk-taking, and is an essential part of a nation's ability to succeed in an ever changing and increasingly competitive global marketplace.”1 Entrepreneurism is a part of the American culture from the invention of the telephone to the development of iPhones.  An entrepreneurship approach to system engineering would nurture an environment of innovation by motivating a stagnate workforce, streamline processes and creating value to our customers.
