The Inaugural FireFighter Challenge
"Train the way you're going to fight or die the way you trained."
CrossFit Rebels honors those who save hearts and homes.
THE WOD'S: 3 workouts with and without gear. CrossFit style and fire rescue skills. Workouts are designed by firefighters for firefighters.
THE STANDARDS: Half mile run, general weight lifting experience including a deadlift, thruster, or push jerk.
THE PARTICIPANTS: Divisions: Men, Women & Masters Divsions... Firefighters only! Rx Only.
THE ENTRY: $50.00 admission fee includes Competition T-Shirt
THE REWARD: Awards for top three winners in each division, bragging rights for one year with ALL remaining proceeds donated to THE NATIONAL FALLEN FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION.

We live the “CrossFit Lifestyle”. What does that mean?
Well, it means we make good food choices most of the time (of course we splurge on ice cream or pasta occasionally – we’ve gotta live!) and we continuously challenge ourselves physically and mentally with CrossFit.
