Ladies join us Monday September 16th at 630-9pm at Marcello’s (645 W North Ave, Chicago) for our monthly In Her Shoes Foundation workshop. Stay 9-10pm to connect & mingle. As a nationally requested speaker representing American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association among many other leading health authorities, she is a best-selling author, "Naked Fitness" (Vanguard Press), fitness DVD choreographer and trainer, as well as a force in the business media world. Most recently she has been recognized by the American Council on Exercise as a fitness expert writing for their health driven outlets.
She has created two televisions shows and hundreds on online TV video content in the healthy living space. A regular contributor for years on nationally syndicated Better TV and local NBC Chicago. Currently, she has been recognized as a leader in creating high quality, empowering, and lifestyle content.

The purpose of In Her Shoes Foundation (a 501(c) 3 not for profit) is to bring women of all ages and backgrounds together, to share ideas, support and inspire the development and maintenance of a healthy and positive lifestyle; Women come together to share collective wisdom through personal stories, and celebrate what it means to be a woman in today’s society. Participants will get inspired, get connected, get educated and get supported by other women. The monthly meetings include group discussion, reflection, and activities around ideas of self-care, professional development, self- improvement, leadership, philanthropy and empowerment.
