Spontaneously creating with a small group is a fun and awesome way to amp up just about any and all interpersonal skills that you might need if you're working for yourself or in a leadership position in an organization. Whether its through better listening, brainstorming, facilitating, persuading or relationship-building - improv will make you amazing.

About Yoni Landau
Yoni is the co-founder of CoFED (the Cooperative Food Empowerment Directive) and has been doing improv, communications and leadership workshops in various capacities for 9 years. After launching a successful campaign to prevent the first fast food chain from opening at UC Berkeley, he helped raise over $120,000 for a cooperative alternative, the Berkeley Student Food Collective.
