Spontaneously creating with a small group is a fun and awesome way to amp up just about any and all interpersonal skills that you might need if you're working for yourself or in a leadership position in an organization. Whether its through better listening, brainstorming, facilitating, persuading or relationship-building - improv will make you amazing.
Come try out some exercises, enjoy being ridiculous and meet some new friends as you develop facility with fundamental interpersonal skills for leadership through improv theater. $5 donations happily accepted.
About Yoni Landau
Yoni is the co-founder of CoFED (the Cooperative Food Empowerment Directive) and has been doing improv, communications and leadership workshops in various capacities for 9 years. After launching a successful campaign to prevent the first fast food chain from opening at UC Berkeley, he helped raise over $120,000 for a cooperative alternative, the Berkeley Student Food Collective.
