This FREE presentation will address the 2014 changes to the IMAGE Program (ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers), training, employer certification requirements, the new form I-9 and the Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program.
Victor Dominguez, ICE Special Agent, has worked in government service for over 20 years and is currently assigned to the largest Area of Responsibility (AOR) in the United States for Homeland Security, the Riverside-San Bernardino AOR.
Mr. Dominguez started his career in government service within the legacy Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service as an Immigration Inspector and an Adjudications Officer. Before his latest assignment with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, he served as a Special Agent for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General. He has held positions with ICE in the Worksite Enforcement/Critical Infrastructure unit and the Child Exploitation/Predator unit.
