The Roots of American Food Conference will be a two day event on Sunday September 7th & Monday September 8th honoring Chef Jeremiah Tower for his contribution to American cuisine. The theme of this years conference will be "influences" and all presenters will touch on this and many other great topics. The ticket price includes the two day conference, refreshments, snacks and lunch cooked by several different chefs.
Night one dinner will be held on the evening of Sunday September 7th on the 39th Floor Ballroom of the Wyndham Grand Hotel. The dinner will feature 6 chefs participating in the conference each cooking a course and some family style dishes. Wine, tax and tip are included.
Due to the format of the dinner there will be no substitutions. Our apologies.

Night two dinner will be held at L2o restaurant at 2300 North Lincoln Park West, Chicago, IL 60614 . The dinner will be $300 including wine but not tax or tip. Please call 773.868.0002 for reservations.
