Ms. Wick evaluates, enhances and builds BACoEs, BA practices, BA Career Models, and BA competencies. She is the owner and founder of BA-Squared, LLC a BA Training and Consulting company. She has deep experience helping organizations build roadmaps and implementation plans to improve the value of business analysis throughout the organization. Angela is a lead contributor to the BABOK v3 and the IIBA Competency Model , she is an instructor of Business Analysis and Project Management at the University of Minnesota College of Continuing Ed. Her Business Analysis publications include contributions to the BABOK v3, creation of the IIBA Competency Model, as well as authoring the chapter “Career Models for BAs” in IIBA’s new book Managing Business Analysts. Angela is also a blogger on batimes.com
In today's business environment innovation and creativity are becoming an increased focus. As BAs, we are in key roles to facilitate innovation and creativity within organizations with engaging and collaborative meetings and techniques. Leaders are looking to us to bring innovation and creativity to the strategic initiatives in their organizations. This session explores the importance and ways we and can bring out innovation and creativity with our teams and stakeholders.

We're meeting at Microsoft, at their new location, 11 Times Square, but please note actual entrance is on the 8th Avenue, across from Port Authority, between 41st and 42nd streets. All attendees must enter through the Microsoft Welcome Center with a state issued I.D. where they will be directed to the 5th floor.

We hold monthly chapter meetings which are designed to be both networking and educational opportunities for chapter members, prospective members and anyone interested in business analysis. Business analysts, project managers, hybrid and related roles are all welcome!
