Topic

Partnering with your PM - Taking Ownership in Your Project

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sometimes it seems that as a BA you are just an 'ordertaker' on a project - completing those tasks that are assigned to you by project leadership. But just because you aren't the project manager doesn't mean you can't take a more active, pro-active  and lead role on a project. In this presentation Chuck talks about ways that a BA can assume a more meaningful role on a project and derive more professional - and personal - satisfaction from project work.
