Saturday, November 9 at 11:00 am; Location: Veterans Room

John Dorfman, editor-in-chief of Art & Antiques Magazine, talks with David Acton, author of
A Spectrum of Innovation: Color in American Printmaking, 1890-1960 and The Stamp of Impulse: Abstract Expressionist Prints and newly appointed curator of photography at the Snite Museum of Art. 

Tickets $10. Tours are 45 minutes in length.

Printmaking Innovators with art critic Sarah Kirk Hanley

This tour will look at  innovators of the medium from old master to contemporary. 

Sunday, November 10, 1:00 pm
A Master Printer's Perspective with Phillip Sanders, Master Printer/Director, Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop. Ever wonder how Rembrandt, Rauschenberg, or Peyton made their prints? Discover how much today's artists share with the tradition of their forebears and how 21st century technology enables artists to break boundaries. A unique historical viewpoint shaded with the excitement of today's advances in the field. Questions are encouraged.
