IdeaMensch LA - An Event For People With Ideas
Wednesday, March 30, 2011 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (PDT)
IdeaMensch LA is an after-work event with inspiring speakers, a great crowd, lots of ideas and homemade cookies.
The event takes place on March 30th, from 6-9pm in Culver City .
We are showcasing some of Los Angeles’ most passionate people who have successfully brought their ideas to life. With a focus on being inspirational, informative and super awesome, the event will include six 10-minute presentations from successful business folks, tech entrepreneurs, writers, filmmakers and just all around super people who're willing to share their knowledge.
We promise you will walk away with at least 3 nuggets of actionable insights from each speaker and you definitely won't get bored. And if you do, there are homemade cookies, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, snacks, coffee, soda and of course - water with and without flavors.
Super Important. Here are our awesome speakers:
- Jessica Jackley, Co-founder of Kiva.org
- Dan Gould, Co-founder of Namesake
- Court Crandall, the guy who wrote the movie Old School
- Lori Deschene, Founder of TinyBuddha
- Brittany Laughlin, Founder of GTrot.com
- Hank Wasiak, Co-founder of the Concept Farm
All presentations will be available for download after the event. And there is a good amount of street parking available.
Sort of important:
Please note that we are only selling 200 tickets for this event. Space is unfortunately limited. Based on the response we have been getting, we promise to look for a bigger venue for our next event.
