The primary contact must complete this form for the entire team by Friday, November 7 so that we may schedule a time for your group. Do not submit this form more than once.

Keep Saturday, November 15 from 2PM-4PM open. We'll let you know when your 15-minute audition time within the 2-hour block will be by Wednesday, November 12.
