I helped a scholar through my love of art.

We can all help in our own little way. Let's make education possible by helping deserving scholars at the University of the Philippines. Please help us prevent stories like that of Kristel Tejada, the U.P. student who unfortunately took her life because of the inability to pay tuition.
Tragically, in Kristel's case, she only needed $250 (PHP10,000) to pay her tuition for one semester.
Tuition at U.P. is based on the income bracket of the student's family. For the U.P. Diliman, Los Baños and Manila campuses, students with an annual family income of:
Over P1,000,000 – pays P1,500 per unit;
Between P1,000,000 and P500,001 – pays P1,000 per unit;
Between P500,000 and P250,001 – pays P600 per unit;
Between P250,000 and P135,001 – pays P300 per unit;
Between P135,000 and P80,001 – receives free tuition; and
Less than P80,000 – receives free tuition plus P12,000 per semester stipend.
There are currently 50 other students at U.P. Manila that are in the same situation as Kristel that need help.
Please help these qualified and worthy students avoid having to go on a forced Leave Of Absence because of financial constraints and enjoy a world class art show in the process!
