Event Details

The International Hyperbarics Association (IHA) is proud to provide medical professionals a unique opportunity that combines classroom and hands-on hyperbaric medicine training.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is one of the premier niche modalities that has been clinically demonstrated to provide symptomatic relief and increase quality of life for patients suffering from several chronic and acute conditions. Presently, more and more patients have become informed of HBOT and are actively seeking out experienced hyperbaric physicians. However, access to HBOT remains limited, which has directly increased the current demand.

At times, it is challenging for clinicians to learn how to interpret new technologies and an advancing collection of human investigation, into deliverable evidence that has clinical significance. Physicians have to be able to clarify and relate the science to patients in an evocative manner. The 2015 annual IHA Seminar will investigate the science of individual conditions and explore their mediated responses to HBOT. In addition, the seminar will inform and educate how to incorporate this cutting-edge medical science into practical, personalized, clinical applications.

This two day-long course provides the necessary tools to successfully implement HBOT into your practice and begin to increase your patient base, while enhancing their quality of life. Furthermore, the course offers hands-on hyperbaric chamber training to deliver an interactive and kinetic learning experience.

Advanced lectures from leading experts will discuss protocols and relevant clinical applications for Pediatric and Adult patients.
