THIS IS A VIRTUAL CLASS and will take place ONLINE. The day before the class, those registered will receive a link with more information as to how to access the class. If for some reason you miss it, a recording will be made available.
Emily has spoken about the power of social media and networking at numerous colleges, conferences, and events including SXSW Interactive, Social Media Week, Internet Week, and The New School. After graduating in May 2010 Emily interned at Gawker.TV and Flavorpill, landing her first full time gig in July at Sterling Publishing as the Social Media Marketing Coordinator. A year later she moved on to take on a new role at RecordSetter.com as the Community Manager. She has met tons of incredibly inspiring people since her transition from college to the "real world" and aims to erase negativity from the phrase "it's all about who you know." After all, it is, but that isn't a bad thing. Life is about the people you meet and the things you create with them. Find her on Twitter and LinkedIn.
