This ticket is for one seat at the Hunter's Moon Dinner in October. The price includes the nine course meal at $87.00, taxes, and a 20% gratuity charge of $17.40. Once your ticket is purchased, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. A following email detailing the location of the farm will be sent closer to the time of the event. Our cancellation policy is as follows: full refund up to 7 days before event. This is when farm product is purchased. Please note: The e-mail address used at the time of checkout will be the point of contact unless guest specifies otherwise.

Hunter's Moon Dinner
October 15th, 2016

 

Join us with October's full moon for a nine course tasting menu based on seasonal ingredients from our garden and local farms. The gate will open at 6:00, we will take a tour of our property at 6:30, and dinner will be served promptly at 7:00. The first portion of the meal will be served in the forest space located next to the barn we converted into a commercial kitchen. Then, you will be guided down a candlelit path to our garden, where dessert and coffee will be served as the moon rises.

We are a BYO establishment, and invite you to bring along that which suits your tastes. 
The menu with pairing reccommendations will be annouced the week of the dinner.

Dinner will be held rain or shine. 

If there is rain, dinner will be served in the one of the barns on the property. 

Please wear closed toed shoes and consider the weather of the current season.

Our hope is to share a deeper understanding, appreciation, and connection to our food. Fresh ingredients are of the utmost importance so we strive to utilize produce from our own garden or from local and organic producers.

With this in mind, we serendipitously settled on a 15 acre piece of land. On it, the late Don Ganter’s work – hand built old barns, a workshop, coops, and hutches – was entrusted to us and we have revived and repurposed them to give home to our ducks, guinea fowl, chickens, turkeys, roosters, and roaming heritage breed pigs.

We are content to let nature do what she intends so our practices do not include the use of harmful pesticides or chemicals. We hope to provide the community with the benefits of our land and our hard work.
