Human Performance Training by The J2FIT Team & Reebok: STRENGTH
Weekly Event - Every Wednesday: 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM (EDT)
Determined to become stronger, leaner, and all around better? Ready to embark on your fitness journey?
J2FIT Human Performance Training Program will be your four-week intensive, offering you the coaches, knowledge, motivation, and support you need to take your fitness to the next level (or to just get it running, pun intended).
We aspire for all individuals to enhance their overall well-being. That being said, our Performance Training gives individuals an opportunity to receive individual specialization within a group setting.
The J2FIT team specializes in training you for special events like athletic races, Spartan Races, Civilian Military Combine, Tough Mudders, etc.
The Performance STRENGTH portion will be led on Wednesdays at 7PM at the Upper East Side Fit Hub.
The Performance ENDURANCE portion will be led on Saturdays at 9:15AM at the 5th Avenue Fit Hub.
All participants will be provided with energizing refreshments, a great fitness experience, and 15% off of all Reebok gear.
