Crowdsourcing Topics for the 2013 series
HUB Supper Club hopes to be a place where socially minded business people can connect over intimate locally-sourced, seasonal dinners. Each month we will feature a new menu, focus on a specific topic of discussion and host experienced guests to ignite meaningful conversations.
This month's featured chef is Adam Thompson of Rice Cracker Sushi. Adam has worked as a chef at Revival in Berkeley and Netties Crab shack in the Marina. He is currently working to open Steins Beer Garden in Mountain View. He is committed to local ingredient forward food and using his extensive background in seafood, Mediterranean and Latin cooking to create delicious, beautiful food.
Dinner in three acts will feature the following menu and topics of discussion (diners will change seats at each course):
Wine provided by One Hope!
Appetizer - Poached Calamari Salad, Mushroom Bruschetta and Home Baked Baguettes
What topics are you most excited to connect with other people about?
Entree - Braised Short Rib, Creamy Polenta, Roasted Vegetable Ragout and Farmstand Salad
What types of mentors and experienced professionals would you like to dine with?
Dessert - Chocolate Brownie and Lemon Bar Bites
