HTC Employee Site Tour May 29 - 3:30 p.m.

Get a first-hand look at the new Hotel and Transit Center by signing up for an Employee tour!

Denver International Airport is pleased to invite employees to tour the Hotel and Transit center construction project. The Program is taking shape quickly just south of the iconic Jeppesen Terminal and will be complete later this year.

Participants will be treated to 1.5 hour guided hard-hat tour of the construction site. Since this is an active construction site and as such has inherently dangerous conditions, each tour is limited to 10 people and is only open to those ages 18 and older.

Guests must wear boots and pants that cover the ankle. Tank tops and sleeveless shirts will not be permitted on site. Please no tennis shoes, high heels or open-toe shoes. DIA will provide safety gear on-site including a hard hat, vest, safety glasses and gloves.

Also, please note that the construction site is open to weather and Guests must be prepared for physical exertion including walking and climbing flights of stairs.

No one will be allowed to participate in the tour if they refuse to wear the appropriate clothing and safety gear.

Attendees will meet on Level 6 in the far Southwest corner by door 616. Please print and bring the eventbrite ticket showing that you have signed up for the tour. You must have your ticket in order to participate.

In order to participate on this tour each guest must show a valid DIA badge as proof of employment. If proof cannot be provided guests will not be allowed to participate. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you on this tour.

Tours that have fewer than five individuals will be canceled. You will be notified in advance if this happens. Tours are weather dependent - in case of inclement weather, please call 303-214-5639.
